At Skadi Electronics, we offer a 30-day return window for all premium hardware and components to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Skadi account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, and include a printed copy of your RMA.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
